Les Films de la Passerelle productions are generally financed by European partners. In 1996, the production company received the best European Union producer award for the production of the film "Donka, radioscopy of an African hospital".

Most of the films have been selected and awarded prizes in numerous internationally renowned festivals and broadcast by television stations on five continents. 

 

Convinced of the importance of culture in the search for sustainable human development and working extensively in networks, the company also places its expertise at the service of filmmakers from the North and the South, thus part of a perspective of promoting world cultures. 

 

By also implementing its action in the field of professional training, audiovisual distribution, publishing (books and DVDs) and the circulation of artists, the structure wishes to participate in the necessary developments of the cultural economy and to enroll in a long-term policy of permanent dialogue of cultures.
