Twenty years after the Nuremberg Tribunal, Jean-Paul Sartre and Bertrand Russell created the first international citizen tribunal to judge war crimes committed by the United States in Vietnam. Told for the first time in a documentary, this unprecedented event in the history of international justice is revealed to us thanks to numerous new archives and a reconstruction immersing us in the dramatic atmosphere of film noirs of the 60s. Launcher Early warning, the court reveals the most significant facts of American policy in Vietnam and the repeated lies of its leaders, five years before the Pentagon Papers affair.
