Synopsis

After the suicide of a Moroccan friend, Alain follows in her footsteps in her country of origin. He leaves his family, his wealth, his culture for a voluntary exile, far from familiar landscapes. This journey is, once and for all, breaking the moorings, turning your back, leaving.

Very quickly, Alain finds himself confronted with the reality and history of the country he is crossing. Wandering through Morocco, Alain talks to himself, he maintains monologues with himself. A stranger in an unknown country, he can give free rein to his instincts and his desires. He is no longer the mask that history made him wear.

Over the days and stages of his journey, he discovers a country and its inhabitants, but also his own body, and his own desire, like a "passion" that he imposes on himself and which attracts him at the same time.
