PARCELLES
A film by François de Saint-Georges
COMING SOON...
Liège, Belgium. Behind a row of workers’ houses lies a collective garden spanning 6 hectares and 200 plots. This Garden has existed for 100 years. It has witnessed, and continues to witness, the ebb and flow of migration over time, as well as the effects of climate change. It bears the traces of Belgium’s industrial pollution. It is like a microcosm of the world and its upheavals. These small patches of land embody the longing for a bit of freedom and happiness, in the very heart of the world’s violence.
